Double bedroom - shared bathroom. Private drive way and access road. light space, modern house, and new build. Large garden for the summer with a large patio area and BBQ INCLUDED. Small drive to any of the local Cotswold locations or fancy walking or climbing, Cleeve hill is just up the road can be seen from the top bedroom, beautiful scenery and local walks and not forgetting the beautiful Cheltenham spa town. Small pets allowed. The space This space is in 10 mins walking distance from local shops, Tesco’s and the village pubs, it’s directly next too a bus stop which takes 5 mins to get into town. We allow up to two small pets, must be crate trained and not allowed upstairs. If you wish to have the pets on the sofa please brings your own blankets. There is lots of parking spaces on the road if more than two vehicles are coming. No permit required. There is three bedrooms upstairs, yours will be the double bedroom. There is a an ironing board, iron and towels. Washing machine and fridge, oven and hob. Smoke detectors fitted in every room. The downstairs living area is shared, there is a large L shaped sofa, and an arm chair. The garden has a small BBQ left, please use if you want too and also seating area outside. Please cover it back up once you have finished. Guest access Entire house, excluded shed outside. There is a private drive During your stay If I am not around on checkin, the key will be located in a lock box, if not I will be local or home. Other things to note On arrival there is a key lock box, in the back garden next to the back door or I shall be there to greet you!
