Cozy Central Denver Suite with Private Entrance

We invite you to our contemporary basement suite in our centrally located historic Denver home. With a private side entrance and full bathroom, you'll have the space to yourself. The location provides easy and quick access to all areas of Denver. Our Business Tax ID # 343466. Now outfitted with a new mattress as of Sept 2021! We are practicing all recommended Airbnb cleaning guidelines. We also provide cleaning products in the suite for your use if desired. The space Bright and welcoming, this one bedroom-one bath suite is a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a day of traveling, sight-seeing, or working in the Denver area. The private entrance to your space is on the north side of our home where you'll find a stairway that will take you down to the suite. Guest access In addition to your suite, you are welcome to relax on our traditional front porch, admiring the tall trees lining the street, and watching the neighborhood happenings in Congress Park. If you need to do laundry, we can provide access to our washer and dryer. Other things to note As this is a basement suite and we are a family with two kids, we recognize that sounds can travel from the first floor to the basement. We recently added new insulation in the ceiling to help dampen noise. Please be aware though, that this is a 1908 home, and some noise will travel, mainly footsteps. The active hours in our home are mainly between 7:30 am to 9:00 pm during the week and from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on the weekends. We are a great fit for those who are out-and-about during the day enjoying some of Denver's premier attractions and Colorado's beauty. If you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in, you may want to pack earplugs just in case. If you plan to hang out in the suite for a good part of the day or evening, depending on your tolerance for noise, we may not be the best choice for you. We want to accommodate our guests as much as we can, but this is a family home with all of the energy that entails. Finally, please note that the basement ceiling is about 7 feet high.
