California Beach Pad #1 - 3 blocks to the Beach!

Classic California beach apartment in a small 4-unit apartment building just 3 1/2 blocks from the beach - Travertine tile floors, WiFi, Cable, New Flat Panel Full Array LED Smart TVs, Dishwasher. Property includes 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper. The space This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The kitchen has an open concept and features a full size stove, fridge, and dishwasher. The floors are all Travertine. This is a four unit property with a two one bedroom apartments in a single story front building and two one bedroom apartments above the garages in the back building. This apartment is the front apartment in the front building. We own all 4 apartments. PARKING: STREET PARKING. Also, 3 spaces in the alley behind the building for normal sized cars and 1 space for a compact car. Not enough alley clearance for over sized cars, pick-up trucks, vans or campers. Park starting in spaces farthest from rear entrance gate. Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the numerous neighborhood coffee stands and walk two blocks to the beach for a stroll as you watch the surf. We are blocks from some of San Diego's most iconic beach spots. Have a hamburger at Hodad's or get a scoop of ice cream between two flavored freshly made mini-waffles at Lighthouse. Also, eating at the quirky restaurant way out at the end of the Ocean Beach Pier is something that shouldn't be missed. Of course, you will have your own BBQ grill, and it's always a good time to cook out. If you like shopping, you are virtually 10-20 minutes from any destination in the greater San Diego Metro area. I would suggest starting with the cool little shops a couple blocks away on Newport Ave for the original artwork. At night, you have a number of really incredible options. On one of the nights of your stay, you have to walk down the beach and have a bonfire in one of the beach fire pits. It's an absolute imperative... a must do beach experience. The smell and sound of the ocean, the feel of the sand, the smell of the fire, the taste of the s'mores...... We also have the restaurant Beau Bo just a couple blocks away for a romantic dinner. Try the lobster risotto. ...and there are so many other great restaurants within walking distance: Kaiserhoff, OB Noodle House, etc For Touristy stuff... well, the beach is three blocks away. Step out on the sidewalk and look to your left. It's that blue thing where the land ends. SeaWorld is a five minute drive. The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive away. Disneyland is a ninety minute drive. Guest access The entire apartment is yours, along with the private front courtyard and access to the shared side courtyard.
