If you like vintage, you'll appreciate the character of the house with built-in cupboards, antique tile, and hardwood floors. Bathroom (shower and bathtub), full kitchen, and living room. Enjoy the good sized fenced-in backyard. Please note that the backyard picture was taken before the drought. It's still maintained and enjoyable to use, but not as flowery and verdant. The house is 1.5 miles to UC Davis Medical Center, and 10 minutes by car to mid-town. Public bus stops nearby. The neighborhood is an old established neighborhood, quiet and safe. The house is a good fit for a guest who doesn't mind dealing with the small quirks of a 100 year old house, and is careful using every day one-of-a-kind household items. I work from the house and it's not sizeable enough for the two 24/7, so I am looking for someone with a full time day job that takes place away from the house. Sharing the place in the evenings and on weekends works well. I do my best to give you space in the house and will try to be away some evenings so you have the place to yourself for a while. Living room, kitchen, backyard. I enjoy making friends with my guests if the occasion comes up, and I respect a discreet occupancy, too. Nice old established neighborhood with cute little properties. Very quiet and calm. Close to mid-town, downtown and major freeways. There are buses that run a couple blocks away. The house is nearly 100 years old and has a few quirks just like any older house.
