The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use. The space The romantic retreat is located in exclusive, upscale, elegant Montecito, where you will experience so many outdoor activities – surfing, fishing, hiking, biking, and wine-tasting. You can also visit museums, Music Academy of the West, the Old Mission, or just simply enjoy the fabulous weather all year. It offers easy access to unparalleled restaurants and shopping in Montecito and Santa Barbara, and walking distance to the legendary Lotus land and prestigious Westmont College. Great hiking trails are nearby, and beautiful butterfly beach is just 5 minutes drive. The gorgeous one bedroom suite, about 717 square feet in total, provides a charming, comfortable getaway for the discriminating travelers escape from the bustle of the city. Nestled among oak and eucalyptus trees and adjacent to a beautiful seasonal creek, the private, secluded, and park-like retreat is very serene surrounded by big outdoor deck. Many windows facing the lovely creek bringing natural light in perfectly blends the inside out which make you feel you are in the center of nature. The retreat affords every amenity for the travelers – a comfortable queen size bed with fresh linens(from Pottery Barns), spacious living area with wood-burning fireplace boasting natural forest smell, your private laundry with full size washer and dryer. It is fully appointed with a kitchenette with coffee maker(coffee provided), small oven-toaster, full size refrigerator, microwave and filtered hot and cold spring water. The living room is accented by comfortable sleeping sofa and unique sea-turtle coffee table. The bedroom is highlighted with hard-wood sleigh bed quipped with high-end mattress, and features with shining mahogany red wood floor to enhance the cozy, warm, home-feeling atmosphere. In addition, the retreat offers all the modern amenities including flat TV with Dish Network, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Guest access Once you open the designated gate, you will enter our woodsy side yard, go down a couple of stairs then walk to the wooden deck to the retreat. Then you have your own entire unit to enjoy privately. Your unit will be on the bottom level of our tri-level house(it is not a basement). Other things to note We offer complimentary tea bags, starbucks coffee, filtered cold and hot water, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. This is permitted unit by the county since 2013. This is not a full kitchen, but we offer a electric burner if you have to do light cooking.
