Situated in the Art Deco suburb of Marewa our spacious self-contained studio is within close proximity of the city centre, cafes and restaurants at Ahuriri and local bus routes. The space Welcome to The Avenues Our totally self-contained studio is situated in our back garden and approached via an avenue at the side of our art deco home. The 40 square metre area is open plan with a queen-sized bed, television, comfortable couch, dining table and chairs and desk. The queen sized bed is suitable for two adults. The studio has no extra beds and the couch is not suitable for sleeping on, therefore I'm sorry but our studio is not suitable for children or teenagers. We also have no extra facilities or safety features to provide a safe environment for infants. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery and includes a microwave and two burner hot plate for cooking. Cereals, toast bread, margarine and homemade jams, tea, coffee, milk and condiments are provided. Seasonal produce, fresh from our garden, may also be enjoyed, when available. An outside table and chairs is a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee, glass of wine or an al fresco dinner. A swimming pool is available for paying guests use during the summer. Our studio is wheelchair accessible. Our high standard of cleaning is being maintained to meet all requirements. Our studio is stocked with handsoap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and compostable bags to help you meet your high standards of cleanliness.
