This is an Adults Only location. Enjoy this lakeside oasis surrounded by open skies, tall trees and beautiful lake life. Minnesota is the Land of 10,000 Lakes, sleep on one! This studio apartment is our most spacious accommodation with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and 10 ft ceilings. It is located on the water and sleeps up to 4 adults with 2 King beds. 15 minutes to get into either downtown St Paul or Minneapolis. Nearby restaurants, plenty of sidewalks to explore. The space This lakeside studio is perfectly situated just outside both downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. It sits on the beautiful shores of Snail Lake in Minnesota. You have a private entrance into this lower level studio. Next door is abundant nature and walkable trails. There is a dining prep area, sitting area, tv, table with chairs, and bedroom area where up to two King beds are available. Enjoy a full bathroom and separate room for getting ready, complete with mirror and dressing room lights. The base booking presumes 2 people sharing one king-size bed. If the second king-size bed needs to be made up, an additional $25 will be incurred. Sip coffee and look out to the lake through a wall of glass. Observe the shore at early sunrise as the light peeks over the horizon. Complimentary snow shoes are available in the winter. Complimentary lake toys available in the nice months (SUP boards, kayak, paddle boat) You will notice a lot of our property has been designed to maximize beautiful outdoor lighting and scenes, we hope you enjoy! Please ask questions if you have any. Guest access You will have this entire space to yourself. You don't have to meet us if you don't want to.  This is not a shared space, the studio is all yours to live in during your stay.  The entire outdoor property is shared ground. We have multiple Airbnb listings on this property and many acres of manicured grounds to socially distance yourselves. With a variety of sitting areas you can move around depending on the time of day and privacy you desire. There are 4 different lookouts onto the lake. The overhang and spaces connected to the Lake Cottage are for the guests living there. Please do not use those two areas (area with hanging bed, sunset side with grill). Other things to note We operated a portrait studio for 30+ years in this location and landscaped to facilitate beautiful images. Please know you may hear some footsteps during the day, as to be expected in a shared building (like a hotel or an apartment). Half hour drive from the airport to our location... once you're here, it is a private lake oasis. We have other listings: Lake Cottage and Lake Loft Suite. You may see other guests during your stay but there are 16 socially distanced outdoor spaces to enjoy relaxation and privacy during your stay.
