Cape Coral is a lovely spacious modern ground floor apartment with a private garden, deck and swimming pool, perfect for family holidays or a relaxing getaway with friends. It has three beautiful bedrooms, one ensuite and the other two sharing a ''Jack & Jill" bathroom. Cape Coral is located within easy walking distance to Grotto & Voelklip Beaches, Hermanus' fabulous Cliff Path and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, making it an ideal location for both beach and mountain adventures. The space The open plan kitchen and living area have stacking doors opening out to the deck, garden and heated swimming pool - a perfect alternative to Hermanus' beaches on windy days. All three bedrooms also open out onto the deck. Cape Coral is very well equipped for entertaining and relaxing with a large 8 seater dining room table & chairs and recliners on the deck, plus a barbeque and fire pit. The apartment has a cozy indoor fireplace for autumn and winter stays. It is well suited for families with little ones or older children with its fully walled garden, safety net on the pool, camp cot, high chair, books and toys. Guest access Guests have exclusive and undisturbed use of the entire ground floor, including the living room, kitchen, garden, deck and pool together with the bedroom or bedrooms they have booked for their stay. (Please note that room/s are made up based on number of guests booked/paid for; babies under the age of 2 in a camp cot, sharing the main bedroom, stay free of charge). The upstairs apartment is private, is occupied by the host for most of the year and is screened off from the guest area. Guests have access and use of the laundry in the garage, a facility shared by the hosts via a separate entrance. There is off-street parking for two cars and free on street parking. Other things to note Cape Coral is fitted with solar panels and battery backup ensuring that guests are not inconvenienced during outages. There are only a few don'ts: no smoking indoors or using the barbeque or other flammable items on the wooden deck and locking doors when out.
