Easy living from the moment you arrive with all one level living inside and out, no steeps into the home or steep walks to the amenities. The interior is inspiring and quirky, a great memorable stay, not to mention the views from the outdoor bath. A great place to recharge and breath the sea air. Enjoy The space Lyttelton Boatique House offers great views with out the complexity of hill living as it is all one level and access to Lyttelton Township with a very easy 5 minute walk to, cafes, restaurants, bars and a great Saturday market. There is live Entertainment throughout the year at a number of locations. Lyttelton has its own charm a lively working harbour, pack your binoculars to take in all the activity as cruise ships/containers ships unload, yachts, pleasure boats, and a torpedo submarine if your lucky enough. There is access hiking & biking at the doorstep, secluded sheltered beaches, take the Ferry over to Diamond Harbour, or a ride on the Gondola to take in the most amazing views all just minutes away. There are two great surfing beaches Sumner and Taylors Mistake just minutes away, pack a picnic. With only 20 min drive to downtown Christchurch and 30 min to the airport, it is the perfect starting point to discover New Zealand's South Island. Lyttelton boasts a fabulous farmers market on Saturdays where you can forage great food. Lyttelton offers some niche shops that you can look for that special treasure to remember you treasured time here, a great historical shopping complex the Tannery is just minutes away. Above all the interior decoration of Boatique House leaves guests leaving inspired. If I am in the country during your stay I will welcome you personally as I live right next door in my studio. Lyttelton is just 15 mninutes away from Christchurch city centre and 30 minutes way from the Airport, if your not in a Rush take one of the two scenic routes over the Cashmere hill or Sumner. There is a studio next door that you might find the host or other guests at times. Just 13 minutes away from the Christchurhch city centre, and a easy 30 minute drive from the airport, I recommend taking the scenic route via the Cashmere Hills or Sumner route.
