A nice room with your own bathroom on ground floor. Only suited for two adults. From my house it's a 10 minutes walk to the center. Within 5 min. you are at the Biltstraat (with restaurants and coffeeshops) and the Nachtegaalstraat (shopping street and places for breakfast, lunch and dinner). The price is excl tourist tax of 10% so 8.50 € per day. To be payed on arrival! The space The room is clear and has one bed with two mattresses. There is a small fridge, a microwave, a coffeemachine and a cooker to make your tea. The room is only suited for two adults. From Central Station Utrecht to my house by bus: When you arrive at CS Utrecht go direction: Jaarbeurs side Outside and choose bus: f.e. 50, 51, 53 and 74 You take at the Biltstraat busstop: Oorsprongpark you can already see my street: Monseigneur (Mgr) van de Weteringstraat Just walk 400 metres to reach my house with the yellow frontdoor: nr 86 You also can walk form the CS to my house; It will take 20-25 minutes You go all the way straight on and will pass Neude (terraces), Janskerkhof (flowemarket on saturday), Nobelstraat , Nachtegaalstraat; halfaway there is supermarket Albert Heijn, across you see my street: Monseigneur van de Weteringstraat.
