The space The house has three good size bedrooms, one large open plan living and dining area, a large eat-in modern kitchen with all new appliances, modern bathroom with a large deep tub (built for soaking in) + shower. It also includes a fully functional brand new laundry with washer and dryer and an extra toilet. The granny flat which is available on request for additional accommodation beyond can sleep an additional 4 Guests in 2 single beds and one Queen bed. If you would like the extra space please message us for the additional costing. Guest access Entire house is available to guests. The Garage is not available, and semi-detached flat which is only available on request for additional accommodation it is separate to the main house and is capable of sleeping an additional 4 guests in one queen and two single beds.
