A strategic location, perfect any time of year. The house is a NZEB (low environmental impact) building, with rainwater recycling and the use of energy from renewable sources. You won't have to worry about a thing! We provide all linens, from towels to sheets. We also provide essential bathroom products (shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower cap, hair dryer, vanity set) to make your stay even more comfortable. - Large living room/kitchen fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher) and dishes - Bathroom with shower and chromotherapy lights - Free Wi-Fi - Safe - Air conditioning and heating, VMC for air recirculation - Double sofa bed in the living room, double bed and single bed in the bedroom - Two 32-inch LED TVs (one in the living room/kitchen and one in the bedroom) - Extra bed for children up to 3 years old available free of charge upon request - A washer/dryer is also available for all guests Guest access The garden, furnished with a table and chairs during the warmer months, is shared and available to all guests. Parking is within the garden and is completely fenced and secured with an automatic gate. The washer/dryer is located in the laundry room and is available to all guests.
