The space A few steps from the first beaches and the renowned Lido San Giovanni, very close to the Gondar park, the accommodation is close to the city's promenade, full of attractions for young and old. It is about a 20-minute walk from Corso Roma, the main street and commercial heart of Gallipoli; about a 40-minute walk from the historic center. You can easily rent bikes or book a shuttle service to fully enjoy the beauty of the city. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and its furnishings. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request. Consumption is not included. Other things to note 1) I would like guests to know that upon arrival a "penalty" of €50.00 will be requested as a deposit for damages and for lack of cleaning. In fact, since everything necessary to live in a clean and decent environment is made available, it is requested that the house be left in the same order as it was left, out of respect for everyone. At the end of the vacation, upon delivery of the keys, the 50 euro penalty will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment. 2) We also ask you to separate your waste according to the scheme posted in the house and, above all, to dispose of your garbage using the appropriate condominium bins. 3) You are also asked to leave the refrigerator empty.
