No PARTYS please no loud music after 10pm. We have a very strict no dogs policy this includes service dogs. Very Peaceful. Paddleboard Hire. The space Old Farmhouse circa 1640. All modern facilities , new kitchen and bathrooms. This is a very peaceful World Heritage valley and respect for others and nature is vital. All bedrooms and bathrooms along with the kitchen and hot tub conservatory are for the sole use of guests. IMPORTANT NOTES : Absolutely no parties. No loud music after 10pm. Quiet time after 12pm. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU INTEND TO BE LOUD AND DRINKING A LOT. The garden is not suitable for unsupervised children as it has some steep drops and unguarded terraces. A stunning setting, amazing views and a homely atmosphere in a family farm house . The Hot Tub is inside a glass conservatory for all weather use , . Please also note the log fire is available but you must provide your own wood and lighers as these are not included in the price. The en suite bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink, the separate bathroom has large shower and bath as well as toilet and sink. The views of the mountains from the Hot tub Conservatory windows are unique and memorable. The large Ranch House is in two halves and you will be staying in one half that is a self contained secured private house. The owners/hosts live in the other half. We also have EV charging for Tesla and other makes on 7kw and 3kw plugs by PRE BOOKING ONLY a £30 charge applies (no charging vehicles on the house supply allowed). We can arrange Horse riding from our stables and we also hire paddleboards and floatation jackets to guests. a very memorable place to stay and unique.
