A spacious 3 bedroom house in a family friendly residential area just outside the town of Bethesda. A couple of nice short walks from the door. A great base for exploring Snowdonia National Park or the coast of Anglesey. Local amenities close by and Zipworld just a 5 minute drive away. Play park just a few doors down so perfect for the young ones to let off steam. The space Entry is through a low front door {mind your head} and a couple of steps down to hallway which houses washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and shelf storage. Walk through to spacious well equipped kitchen / dining area with extra sofa seating to make it a nice communal hub in which to gather and plan your day ahead. There is a Jotul gas fire here to add cosiness in addition to the gas central heating. Moving through takes you to the bottom of the stairs where you can also find the living room with ample seating for 7 and a very effective wood burner. There is a flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick which gives you access to a wide range of viewing options. Also a mini soundsystem with bluetooth so you can hook up your devices for your choice of music. From the bottom of the stairs you can also access a nice and rustic sun lounge. There is more sofa seating here and on a sunny day it gets really warm. There is a sheila maid here if you need to dry any washing. From here you can access the good sized rear garden. Paved slate patio area with nice sized lawn and shrub borders with picnic tables and firepit and barbecue. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, the largest of which also has an extra single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided as are basic toiletries in the upstairs bathroom. Guest access You will have sole access to the entire property. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Parking The property is situated in an old part of the town where the roads are quite narrow and there is a difficult 90 degree corner to negotiate. A normal size family car should be fine {residents go back and forth regularly} but if you are arriving in a minibus or Transit van sized vehicle then you should consider alternative parking a couple of minutes walk from the property. If you do take the narrow roads then there is a communal parking area right next to the cottage which is free of charge.
