Your accommodation is on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The parking lot and garden, on the other hand, are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property. The space Your accommodation, renovated in March 2021, is equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Double bed and the possibility of an extra single bed for a third guest, a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, a spacious and elegant bathroom, and a large wardrobe. Quiet and surrounded by greenery. The exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors complete everything. Equipped with a split system for hot/cold air. The outdoor area is at your disposal in the warm seasons: sofas, outdoor dining area, hammock... With a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Complimentary breakfast included. A five-minute drive from the Monte Sporno Natural Park and 40 minutes from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park, full of trails and glacial lakes, suitable for those who love hiking and cycling. Guest access The courtyard, parking area, and garden are at your disposal. Bicycle storage with a lock is available in the cellar. Other things to note There are some kittens on the property. We kindly ask you to keep the door of your accommodation closed, so that they cannot enter ;) The neighbors also have dogs and we have chickens. You might meet them around the property, but don't worry, they don't bite! ;) Please turn off the hot/cold air system when you go out for the day to respect the environment.
