The home has a forced air heating and cooling system, with the central fan located in the lower level utility space that you will hear running. I have two elderly dogs, Jack & Figgie. They don’t ever access your space. If you see them in the yard, the little guy is very friendly and will run up to you, the other one is shy. I don’t leave them in the yard unattended. They get up early so you’ll hear them coming down the stairs around 6:30. They very rarely bark and if one does, it’s outside. Registration Details Exempt
