Located in a quiet area close to the center of Lausanne (10-minute walk), I occasionally rent my guest room to quiet people who want to stay for a short or long time. Only suitable for a discreet person who is a student or has a job. It's not a roommate situation. No people who telecommute. The living room and terrace are not included in the rental.
