You don't need a car to get to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s a 15min stroll into the city centre and Northbridge or if you prefer, catch the free hop on hop off CAT bus service 100m from door. Up to 50% discount for long term guests. The space Fully renovated throughout (2014) and tastefully furnished 2BR ground floor garden flat with brand new kitchen, laundry, separate WC and bathroom. The front of the flat looks out to a charming brick paved garden (with a lemon tree and herb garden) and is right next to a small park. There is also a rear courtyard with a clothesline (no dryer) and access to the swimming pool. Yes, there is a small auto washer and tub in the bathroom behind sliding doors. My place is not wheelchair friendly. Guest access You will have the use of the entire house excluding the 2nd BR. Please be reminded that this is my home and it contains some of my personal items and furnishings which you must not move or alter without my express approval. If required, guests will be provided with a street Parking Permit in addition to the secure under cover parking. Please feel free to ask if you require earlier checkin and later checkout. We will do our best to meet your request but please be aware that this is not a hotel and therefore an earlier checkin has to be by prior arrangement. Other things to note Perth is a very walk and bicycle friendly city with a vast network of dedicated walking and bicycle tracks. The latter allows easy and safe cycling to as far as Fremantle and back along the river, a circuit of approx 50 kms.
