Balcony of this apartment has panoramic view overlooking 13th century Monuments, lake, garden and forest. Hauz Khas Village (HKV) is a must visit for foreign and Indian tourists visiting Delhi. The space This building was featured in Hindustan Times as “DRAWING ROOM WITH THE BEST VIEW”. Its a very comfortable apartment with its own private entrance. It has a TV with Firestick which you can use to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar etc. This luxurious place overlooking the Historical Monuments was designed keeping in mind the comfort of guests. Cleaning services are available on request and its free of cost. It's on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. Please do check out my other listings. Guest access The terrace on top floor is accessible to everyone staying at the property. You can sit there and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. Other things to note **Important Information for Your Stay at Our Airbnb** 1. **Stair Access**: Please note that our property does not have a lift and Airbnb is on the third floor, so you will need to climb stairs to reach your accommodation, our caretaker will help you with the luggage. 2. **Cab Drop-off**: The nearest cab drop-off point is located near Mia Bella restaurant, which is just about 20 meters from our Airbnb. 3. **Parking**: We do not have reserved parking. However, there is a municipal paid parking lot available approximately 100 meters away. 4. **Discount Policy**: We only offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Please refrain from requesting additional discounts. 5. **Check-in and Check-out**: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait in our designated waiting area. 6. **Guest Policy**: We welcome unmarried couples, but all guests must be at least 21 years of age. 7. **ID Requirements**: Valid ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in, as required by law. 8. **Foreign Guest Requirements**: International guests must provide a copy of their passport and visa. Additionally, you will need to fill out the FRRO form with assistance from the host, which takes about 5 minutes. This is a requirement from the Government of India’s tourism department. 9. **No Parties or Gatherings**: We do not allow parties or gatherings in our Airbnb. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your booking by Airbnb, without a refund, and you will be required to vacate the property. 10. **Visitor Policy**: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
