My cabin is a house from 1923. I took it over and together with my 5 children we tried to transform it with our own strength into what it is today: a ground floor with a large living room furnished with old recovered furniture, creating a pleasant and characteristic environment, plus a bathroom, a laundry room and a large kitchen. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The space In winter, the house is not accessible by car but only by snowmobile. We pick up our customers at the Val Veny cable car square and take them to the house where you will find the galley ready at your request so you don't have to think about anything other than enjoying the peace. During the stay, every day we will come to clean and load the stoves and light the tub on request and we remain available for extra trips to go down to the valley and return. We rent a large portion of an old cabin on two floors: on the ground floor is the main entrance with a bathroom and a laundry room, then a large living room furnished with old recovered furniture to feel completely sheltered in the past. In the living room there is a wood stove and a large pellet stove for the coolest days in the mountains. Beyond the living room is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a wood stove where you can make both polenta and pizza, with a special system for cooking wood-fired pizza! The second floor is accessed via the internal staircase, where you will find 3 bedrooms with three mezzanines, each with its own bathroom. From the first floor you can access the terrace where you will find our barrel tub with wood-heated water to enjoy natural relaxation after a day of sports. Outside, the large garden with deck chairs is at your disposal and in the evening on the terrace lit by candles you will find old regenerated blankets to warm you while you admire the myriad of stars. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Plus, the outdoor spaces have no limit! Other things to note Those who choose to rent our cabin must love real mountain life with few amenities but away from the hustle and bustle. Accept to warm up with the fireplace and pellet stove only, and to love the creaking of old floors, the coolness of the night and appreciate the silence of the night!
