The large loft bed adds space to the living area, which extends to the terrace at the level of the villa's inner courtyard. Due to its location, air conditioning is not necessary as it remains cool. A large mezzanine, accessible by a ladder, houses a comfortable double bed. Alternatively, a French bed (one and a half squares) is available under the mezzanine for a more intimate ambience. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, induction cooker and a small refrigerator. Guests have access to a private outdoor patio with comfortable armchairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or a candlelit dinner. In addition, private parking is available exclusively for guests of the Pailme Studio. Guest access The flat is located inside an aristocratic residence dating back to 1752, in the small hamlet of San Giovanni , 15/20 minutes' walk from the heart of the village of Bellagio From the villa there is direct access to the lake. The park is huge (20000 m2) and it is possible to place the sunbeds supplied with the flat on part of it, but make sure you know the exact location, not everywhere in the park. Next to the villa there is a public beach with a bar. The villa is of rare beauty and with the unique privilege of direct access to the lake.
