Description

Cozy, natural 1.5-room apartment in the middle of the neighborhood. It is located in the second row from the hectic street scene, with a view of the countryside. With a large, shared & sunny backyard. Suitable for cosmopolitan, warm people with understanding. Important note on sleeping - my bed is 90 cm high and has a futon mattress with a firm lying surface, which is basically very healthy for the body, but may take some getting used to. The space The 53 square meters are optimally divided into a hallway, living room & bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. I love plants and I hope that you take good care of them during your stay (depending on the length). Otherwise, you can look forward to a well-equipped kitchen (in which you can use everything available), cozy living room with reading corner, desk as a workplace and a large bathtub with rain shower. Wi-Fi comes from the neighbors. There is no washing machine due to lack of space, but there is an inexpensive laundromat around the corner. Guest access Private entrance via apartment door
