Guest suite in Wilmington

Bayshore’s brand new studio suite with kitchenette, updated bathroom, brand new sleep for two bed with luxury linens, new hardwood floors and TV with access to Netflix. Desirable Bayshore location with access to private boat launch and quiet neighborhood setting.Private entrance and parking space for 1 car.  Close to several beaches and downtown Wilmington. 1 mile walk to an Aldi, Chipotle, sushi, and smoothie/power bowl restaurant. The space Guests will enjoy the cozy studio to themselves. We are pet friendly so if you so choose to, bring your fur baby’s along. We do a have a $50 pet non-refundable fee. Guest access Guest have access to the left side of the drive way and stair case up to their private entrance. Please note that if you need additional parking for two cars please let us know and we may be able to accommodate that. Will need to have the capability to go up a flight of stairs. Other things to note Please note the studio has a common door(locked on both sides) that leads into home area. We can not hear guest but some have said they can hear noise from us such as dog barks and baby. If you need 100% silence this may not be an ideal stay for you as you may be able to hear noises. ******Also for those bringing pets know there is a leash law in place in Wilmington. Your dog duties are to be done off the studios and homes property. They are to done down by the street. They are not to be in the gated back yard unless given permission. You may,in properly enclosed bags, dispose of their waste in the black garbage can in the driveway. Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals are free from fleas or other. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage the house including the finished hardwood floors. If the animals are a threat, bring safety concern, are not potty trained, or we determine you cannot adequately control the animal (this includes making excessive noise), we will ask you remove the animal from the premise. ********************we are on a well. Water is drinkable but does not taste like city water and may have an odor to some as most well water does.
