You get the entire home on 1/2 an acre for your group. We are minutes away from Island 22 and Gill Road Boat Launches. We have plenty of room for your boats and vehicles on this 1/2 acre very private lot. We charge $50/ day for any people over the basic 8 persons allowed..We have 2 TV's 65 inches and 2 other smaller TV's with WIFI . We do not allow parties and the municipal curfew of 11 pm must be obeyed. We have great friends as neighbours who report any violations.
