One of the four modern apartments in a fully restored 19th century building. Located near Galata Tower, close to Istiklal St. and Galata Bridge, within a few minutes walking to Karakoy Tram. **There is a floor plan of the apartment in the photo stream. We kindly ask our guests to review the plan before booking.** ***Please note that the terrace area is separate and a common space of the building*** The space THE SPACE AND AMENITIES: *Size: 59 square meters * 1 bedroom/living area with a European King size bed + second room with a single bed (upon request) + separate kitchen + bathroom. **There is no living room. ** * Sleeps three. * The apartment is located on the second floor (2 flights up) of the building (no elevator). * Common terrace on the fourth floor of the building with magnificent views (the terrace is not part of the apartment) * Fully equipped kitchen with dining room table * Hardwood floors, design furniture, stone bathrooms with rain-shower, exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings. * Amenities: HD TV, Satellite/Cable, I-phone/I-pod dock with alarm clock, In-house security system, Air conditioning (individually controlled), Direct line telephone, Safe, Air quality monitor, Quality cotton linens and towels. * There is a washer and a dryer in the building. * Professionally managed: The entire building belongs to us and all the four apartments in the building are professionally managed for rental purposes. * The restored historical building has been awarded a LEED silver certificate by the US Green Building Council for its environmentally responsible features. * Being a Leed Certified “Green Building” our windows have special light saving glasses. We are a certified historic building, as well. Therefore we have to pay attention to exterior look of our window frames, which are wooden, according to regulations. We try our best to reduce the outside noise, within the building’s capacity. LOCATION: A few minutes away from Istiklal Street, the Tunel area and only 500 meters to the Sishane subway station. SERVICES: Baylosuites offers the privacy and comforts of home along with certain services to its residents. Weekly full cleaning (e.g. changing bed linen) are provided; We also provide services such as making restaurant reservations and suggestions as well as event bookings. Our aim is to make sure that our residents benefit from what Beyoglu and Istanbul at large have to offer both culturally and socially. The rent includes: free WIFI, utilities, weekly cleaning. IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION: We operate our apartments fully legally and professionally. We ask our guests to sign a residential contract upon check in; we also take a copy of their passports so that they can be registered in the central official system, as required by law; we issue invoices as our parent company is registered with the tax authority. Therefore, you can have a piece of mind about your stay. Guest access Common terrace Other things to note Please note that the terrace in the photos is not the apartment's private terrace. It is a common terrace on the fourth floor of the building. Since the building only has 4 apartments it is not widely used so guests tend to enjoy a quiet time up there.
