This structure was taken down from a mining camp in the mountains and placed on a foundation in downtown Price during a mining boom to help with housing needs. Easy to locate in the rear entrance of McDonald's parking lot and within walking distance to USUE, museum, library, and restaurants. No Wifi. The space We kept some of the vintage feel while updating with modern features and comforts. TV's in bedrooms. Walk-in closet. Office desk. No WiFi. Dishwasher. Keurig, so bring your favorite morning beverage. Tankless endless water heater for those long showers. New central AC and heating for personal comfort preference. Plenty of parking including space to handle RV's. The old thick plaster walls with new windows keep a quiet restful environment. Two newer Queen mattresses. Guest access Booking full complete use of 2-bedroom house; not shared. No WiFi. Fully stocked functional kitchen. Self check-in Lock box. Other things to note WiFi is available 50 yards away at restaurant. House does have a couple steps and uneven flagstone walkway which could be problematic for some people.
