This Beautiful 4 bedroom home , has 2 bathrooms, and a corner Jacuzzi jet tub in the main bath. The home has a nice open concept with a huge dinning area for larger groups. The walk out basement has a games room with a pool table, ping pong and foos ball. Bed linens sheets and blankets are supplied FROM November until April. We DO NOT supply bed linens in the summer and never supply pillows or towels,please bring your own pillows and towels and bed linens and blankets for summer stays. . The space This is a Full size house for large group and family gatherings. Located on Commanda Lake near the village of Restoule, Ontario Canada. 7 beds, BBQ, dishwasher, Jacuzzi, beach, dock, huge sun deck, fire pit, badminton, childrens play area, beach volleyball court,canoes, included with rental. Provincial parks within 45 min are Restoule provincial park, Algonquin provincial park, Grundy provincial park, & Mikisew Provincial park. All provincial parks are unique with hiking trails and excellent wildlife viewing and bird sanctuaries. Restoule being the closest (15 min) has a 200 ft fire tower hiking trail to a magnificent view of the Restoule watershed. ATV trails, snowmobile trails in our region are some of the worlds best, along with a variety of canoe routes for day use , namely Restoule river, Commanda creek, Wolf river and Pickerel river. We will be offering day excursions this year please make reservations prior to arrival. North Bay is 45 minutes and has a variety of waterfront dinning experiences, closer there is Restoule and Pt. Loring that have family run dinning establishments. If your a fishing person Commanda Lake has Both Sm and Lg mouth bass, pickerel, pike, and Black crappie. Guest access Locate art 601 B Comanda Lake rd. 601 B ( Wylie Way is our laneway there ia a boat at the end of this laneway) Commanda lake Rd is open 4 seasons and in winter is cleared regularly. Other things to note We are accepting family reunions,work shop groups and planning guided tours with ATV ,canoes and hiking please ask for details. North Bay is not far it is a 45 min drive and offers fine dinning, entertainment venues , theater and more.
