The private 32 m² heated pool, jacuzzi and large openings allow daylight to embrace the interiors, while its west-facing orientation sets the scene for beautiful sunset colors. The architectural philosophy emphasizes functionality, warm minimalism and connection to the surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful environment with total privacy. During your stay, we offer personal communication, tailor-made check-in, a welcome drink & gift, and access to premium services such as private chef experiences, in-villa massage, wine tasting, yacht trips, transfers, car rental assistance and curated activities designed exclusively for you. Our purpose is simple: for you to feel you are returning to your "oikos" — a home of light, warmth and authenticity. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the villa: private 32 m² heated pool, jacuzzi, terraces, outdoor relaxation areas and private parking spaces. The villa operates as a fully independent unit offering complete privacy. Other things to note Heated pool: Pool heating is an additional service and costs €350 per day. Activation is available upon request only, and water temperature depends on weather conditions. - Events & gatherings: For any event (private dinner, celebration, small gathering, retreat, etc.), booking the entire OIKOS TWIN is required, along with a minimum stay of 3 nights. All events must be organized exclusively by the OIKOS Boutique Residences team. External planners, DJs, catering or additional staff are not permitted without prior approval. All events must comply with Greek law and quiet-hours regulations. - ID submission: For legal and safety reasons, the ID or passport of all guests must be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. - Quiet hours & neighborhood: The villa is located in a peaceful natural setting. Guests are kindly asked to respect the area and quiet-hours. Loud or disruptive gatherings are not permitted. - Children & safety: The villa is family-friendly; however, parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children around the pool, stairs and outdoor areas at all times. - Cleaning & services: Professional cleaning is provided before check-in. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request (extra charge). - Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
