La Balconata Stunning Property near Lucca

Beautiful Medieval farmhouse with stunning views down and across the valley near Bagni di Lucca, Located in a small, quiet village with easy access to the region. The property can sleep up to 5 (minimum 2 people). There are two double rooms available with on suite bathrooms plus a single room ideal for kids, very large lounge area and a kitchen to die for, outside eating & seating areas. We only rent to one group or couple at a time so you have the property all to yourself. The space The farmhouse is beautifully restored in the traditional tuscan style, with hand made furniture and beautiful artwork throughout (no IKea). There is a comfortable library and reading room with open fireplace and a huge lounge with balcony. The kitchen which leads on to one of the outside eating areas is a chefs dream of 60sqm and has everything you need to cook to your hearts content. The two main bedrooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable each with their own bathroom and balconies with the most amazing view across the valley. The Single room connects to one of the bathrooms and is ideal for a child and can be combined to make a family suite. (cot is available for very young kids) The house is ideally suited to accommodate 4 - 5 people. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, with two large bathrooms. Ideal for a family group even better for a couple. All in all this property is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the region. Guests have access to the whole house and all the facilities provided, Including free internet. There is no part of the property which is shared. Rooms are cleaned weekly, towels and linen are also changed weekly . The owners of the property live in the property next door and are available at any time. The property is an ideal location for exploring the area. half an hour from Lucca, a hour to Florence and Pisa. The area, located in the foothills of the Apennine mountains, is also perfect for walking, exploring tuscany and its food. A car is essential. However, the trains are excellent if you wish to travel further a field and parking in the station down the hill is free. Guest access Guests have full EXCLUSIVE use of the entire house and the outside area. This includes kitchen, dining room, outside terraces, There are no shared areas as we only let to one group/couple at a time. Our prices are based upon 2 people sharing a room (couple) if you require separate rooms a premium will be charged. please contact us if you do require separate rooms. Other things to note We only accept a minimum of 2 people. The house has a 60sq meter kitchen and is a cooks dream, Parts of the property date back well over 1000 years maybe even 2000.
