Village centre Victorian cottage

A 3 bedroom Victorian workers cottage in the heart of cobham. I call it my 'blue period' of interior design, as every room has a different shade of blue. This doesn't mean it will bring on the blues though, Only a stones throw from all the cool shops and restaurants, like The Ivy, Space NK, Joe & The juice and Waitrose. The space This is village living at its very best with all the amenities you could ever wish for on your door step. The house itself has been fully refurbished to the highest standard and had a 6 page feature in Period Living Magazine There is one parking space behind the house. This is against the back fence and is on a private resident road. The house can be accessed through the back pedestrian gate, or a 1min walk to the front door. There is has a South West Facing garden which id a sun trap in the summer and a large park behind the house too with a playground, football pitch, free tennis courts and basketball courts. We are 5 mins from the A3 junction of the M25 which makes it very accessible for both Gatwick and Heathrow The local train station is Cobham (day parking) with a 39 min train to London Waterloo. There is a bus stop directly behind the house which operates a shuttle to the local station. We are walking distance from Painshill Park, for anyone attending weddings and functions there. Guest access I will meet you with the key or leave one in a safe place Other things to note Car parking Note.: This parking space is behind the house on a private track directly behind the back garden fence. There is a pedestrian access gate in the fence to the back garden and door. If you have a particularly large or wide car you may have to enter through the front door, which is less than a 1m walk from the space . The car must be parked close to the fence to allow for passing traffic, therefore front seat passengers will need to alight just before you pull in to park. Anything bigger than a 4x4 may require you find alternative parking arrangements. Garden: There is a cafe table and two chairs, sun loungers, a shed to store suitcases with a freezer inside.
