No parking slot is available for guest/s. (there's a paid parking on the premises) Other things to note  PETS are NOT ALLOWED in the vicinity.  NO VISITORS ALLOWED, Inviting visitors must be endorsed to the owner or host before entering the building ( they are not entitled to sleepover for any night of stay )  NO UNREGISTERED GUEST ALLOWED.  NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.  HONOR NOISE RULES. NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC.  RESPECT OUR TOWELS AND SHEETS.  DON’T RE-ARRANGE THE FURNITURES.  PLEASE PUT YOUR TRASH AT THE TRASH BIN. If the trash bin is full kindly please throw the garbage at the garbage room near the elevators.  DON’T SMOKE inside the house, a smoke detector is installed.  PLEASE WASH THE DISHES after being used.  LOST and DAMAGED ITEMS DURING THE STAY OR BEFORE CHECKING OUT SHOULD BE CHARGED TO THE GUEST accordingly. Please always handle with care everything. GUEST AGREES TO PAY DAMAGES.  DO NOT ENGAGE ANY ILEGAL ACTIVITY anywhere on the property.  PLEASE BE NICE TO THE LOBBY GUARDS and ANY PERSONNEL as they provide quality services and security.  PLEASE OBSERVE “CLEAN AS YOU GO” policy. Leaving the house dirty will be forced to charge an amount equivalent to the cleaners fee.  PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS, AIRCON, FAN, TV and ANY ELECTRICAL before heading out for our security.  LOST KEYS = REPLACEMENT FEE
