A welcoming 3 bedroom, terraced house in Wavertree within walking distance to general shops, takeaways and a bakery - as well as the bus stop to the city centre and university. Very comfortable house which makes a great base for your trip or work stay. Anfield, the city centre, LiverpoolOne, the docks and museums are around 15 mins by car or 25 mins by bus - great for LFC, Beatles and sight seeing. The space This 3 bedroom house has a light and fresh feel. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom upstairs has two singles. The roomy bathroom is also upstairs and has a shower over the bath. The remaining bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Each bedroom has a TV. The kitchen adjoins a cosy lounge/diner where you can relax, dine and watch Freeview TV. The kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, rice cooker, gas hob, toaster and washer/dryer. From the kitchen, you have access to a small but functional yard. There's free on-street parking available on our road. A parking space immediately outside the house is not guaranteed but you can usually park close by. Guest access Guests have access to the house and yard to rear. Early check in/ late check out may be available (subject to availability) at an additional charge which will be confirmed at the time of your request. Please check for availability prior to booking to ensure your request can be met. Please note we do NOT offer a baggage drop facility. The property is available for bookings of up to a maximum of 3 weeks consecutively. New bookings or booking extensions that extend the original booking beyond this duration will not be considered. By confirming your booking, you have agreed to vacate the property by 10am on the confirmed booking end date stated on your booking confirmation. You have also agreed that you do not obtain any rights of residence at this property once your confirmed booking has expired. Guests overstaying the check out time will be liable for and charged the following additional costs: 1-2 hours past check out date and time: £50 2- 3 hours past the check out date and time: £70 More than 3 hours late: The above costs plus 1.5 x the ongoing nightly rate plus any costs incurred in refunding the following guest(s) due to cancellations and/or inconvenience. Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay and to be as comfortable as possible but please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and tidy away your rubbish at the end of the stay. Dishes, cups and glasses etc that you've used during your stay should be washed upon check out. Please do not confirm your booking if you cannot check in or out from/by the stated times, check with us first to see if your desired time can be accommodated. Please note we do NOT offer a baggage drop facility. Please ensure you read the House Rules and House Manual thoroughly. By confirming your booking, you're confirming that you have read and agree to the details contained therein. If any problems arise, we will do our very best to take action ASAP and this may require ourselves or a third party (e.g cleaners, service personnel) to access the property to attend to the matter.
