Located in the picturesque tourist village of Conca Specchiulla, the villa 100 meters from the sea and between Torre dell'Orso and Otranto boasts an ideal position to fully enjoy the beauty of the Salento coast. The accommodation is inside the Conca Specchiulla tourist village, immersed in a lush pine forest. The space The Villa is a single-family Mediterranean-style villa, spacious and comfortable, equipped with a large internal patio (equipped with deckchairs, solar shower and outdoor table), as well as a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry area as shown in the photo. Free bicycles for the duration of the customer's stay. The sea can be reached on foot, crossing the paths in the pine forest. After about 400 meters you will find the picturesque coves that open from the cliff towards the sea, while the beach is 700 meters away and can be reached by a shuttle service provided by the village and free for guests of Villa Azzurra. Inside the village there is a small shopping center with a minimarket, bar, boutique, newspapers and tobacconist and various dining areas such as pizzerias and restaurants. Sports facilities include an equipped playground, tennis courts, volleyball, soccer, handball, ping pong, swimming pool (for a fee) and equipped solarium (for a fee). The entertainment service takes place according to a schedule that covers the entire day and includes the Miniclub for your children. Inside the village you can have private and reserved parking, as well as public parking, all to ensure comfort and convenience for your trips. The entrance to the accommodation overlooks the patio of the property with garden and is equipped with elegant garden furniture and invites you to spend pleasant moments outdoors, enjoying a breakfast in the sun or a sweet refreshment under the pergola, relaxing with a good book also to be chosen from a collection made available to guests. The patio is equipped with an outdoor table to enjoy any outdoor lunch and dinner, deck chair area and barbecue corner. The outdoor solar shower (in addition to the indoor shower in the bathroom) will allow you to freshen up after a day at the beach, and a laundry area is available to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Inside the house, a spacious living room welcomes you. This bright and modern environment is carefully furnished and offers a modern 2-seater sofa bed where you can relax in front of the TV or perhaps sip a glass of good Salento wine. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the appliances and accessories necessary to prepare delicious meals, allowing you to enjoy total freedom in choosing what and when to eat. Lavazza coffee machine and capsules offered by the property will allow you to further appreciate your stay. The house has a bathroom with a shower and two sinks, all to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, are an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, thanks to their generous size and the brightness that filters through the windows. Here you will find a perfect retreat to rest and regenerate after a day at the beach. You will have access to closets and drawers and space where you can store what you need for your stay. To make your stay even more pleasant, the house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, ensuring an optimal temperature at all times and allowing you to face even the hottest days with maximum comfort. Villa Azzurra is immersed in the village of Conca Specchiulla, where children can play freely and in complete tranquility. Inside the village you will have any service necessary for your vacation, from the mini market, to the bar, to the pizzerias and restaurants and the various shops to make your stay optimal. Guest access Conventions Villa Azzurra has an agreement for the following extra paid activities: - Swimming pool (for a fee) inside the village which can be used by subscribing to a club card paid weekly and per person. - daily riding lessons at the ASD L'Ilatro Cavallino center (Le) where you can go horseback riding, riding lessons for beginners and competitive riders and fun activities for children with ponies, - boat excursions to Gallipoli at ZaBoat Gallipoli or in the Otranto/Castro area - scuba diving at the Costa del Sud Diving Service center located in Santa Caterina di Nardò (LE). Paid Club Card: Optional membership to sports facilities, swimming pool and Mini Club: €60 adult per week €30 child under 15 Daily ticket option for swimming pool only €15 per person. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The swimming pool, in agreement, is subject to a fee. To use the service you need to sign up for a Club card at a price of €60 per person per week. For children under 12 years of age the price of the club card is discounted by 50%. To use the swimming pool (for a fee), guests can also opt for the daily solution at a cost of €15 per person. The services of the Village, swimming pool, bar, restaurants, pizzerias, clubs and boutiques will be available to guests in the period from 15 June to 31 August. For other periods, customers will still be able to book the accommodation as a simple holiday home, but considering that these services cannot be used. IMPORTANT!: Payment of the TOURIST TAX will be required from the customer and it will subsequently be paid by the host to the municipality of Otranto as per the regulation. The amount of the tourist tax must be paid to the host at the time of check-in (per night and per person) according to the calendar indicated by the municipality of Otranto for the reference month.
