Signal Cottage is a detached two-storey dwelling with all the facilities you will need for a very comfortable self catering stay. Super cosy first floor double bedroom, ground floor single bedroom (only available when booking 3 guests) A well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting room overlooks own private garden plus access to an acre with rural views of cattle and sheep. Private parking for 2 cars. Near to historic towns of SANDWICH and CANTERBURY. A relaxing break awaits you at Signal Cottage. The space There is a private entrance and parking for 2 cars, together with safe cycle storage. The ground floor comprises an open plan sitting room with french doors opening onto a private garden. TV, games, books and throws make this a friendly, cozy, relaxing space. The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and Espresso coffee machine. (Laundry can be organised by arrangement). The hall area has hanging for coats and leads to shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The first floor bedroom is accessed via steepish 'paddle step' stairs (see photos), where there is a double bed with a zipped mattress which can convert into two singles if you require a twin room. Additionally, there is a single ground floor bedroom, if this is required you MUST book for 3 people even if only 2 are using the property. The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair access however the cottage has full planning permission and building regulations approval. Guest access Own use of Signal cottage and garden. Shared use of paddock beyond garden. Other things to note Nearby are great pubs and restaurants, walks, cycling, golf and bird spotting. The nearest seaside town of DEAL is 15 minutes away which boasts a wonderful high street, pier, beach, pubs and restaurants.
