Other things to note - If you would like the swimming pool to be heated, an additional fee of €450 per week is payable in cash upon arrival. - The use of the central heating is charged at a flat rate of €350 per week. -Special rates are available for long-term rentals. Please note that cleaning and linen changes are not included in the rental price for long-term stays. A security deposit to cover any incidental expenses must be paid in cash upon arrival. - In the case of excessive use of the air conditioning, electricity will be charged according to consumption. 230 kWh per week are included in the rental price.
