Room in the heart of Charolles

This is a 2-story townhouse +small courtyard. The entire 2nd floor (35 m²) is available for your use; it includes: 1) 1 large bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a sofa bed for a young child only, 1 work area. 2) a multipurpose room - dining area, fridge and microwave, coffee maker, kettle, coffee, tea, herbal teas , chocolate drinks, cereal. You also have a crib with a bed rail. So I can accommodate 2 adults, 1 child, and an infant. The space The house, located in an enclave, is perfectly quiet, with the advantage of being in the city center. Guest access The dining area in the courtyard remains at your disposal. Other things to note Several nearby restaurants (within 300m) that range from the pizzeria to the gourmet restaurant. Please note: I have 2 dogs, a blind dachshund, and a 14-year-old female dog. They are not aggressive at all, but they will bark a lot when you arrive. If you are easily startled, my dog will bark insistently; it’s not dangerous, but it’s not very pleasant. I prefer to be honest and let you know.
