This beautiful house is in a unique and amazing space, with its beautiful river walks and wildlife yet minutes from the lovely village -visit Robert Louis Stevenson statue and trail. The space This gorgeous, spacious twin/double room has been recently painted, has brand new beds and is an ideal place to relax and recharge. A real haven! THE HOUSE & VILLAGE Our Victorian stone built villa is set in the peaceful village of Colinton, right on the doorstep of a beautiful Dell. It has a private garden overlooking the Dell.(see pictures!). Free parking is available.The house has many traditional features including original cornices and fireplaces and is a lovely lived-in home. IN-HOUSE WELL BEING You can book in-house relaxation therapies as part of your stay. EDINBURGH FESTIVAL & HOGMANAY The Edinburgh Festival in August is a world acclaimed festival. In addition, the Christmas and Hogmanay festivals are key attractions (Top artists from all over the World will be performing - go online for details). This year at the Christmas Festival, the acclaimed circus 'Limbo' and a new look 'Edinburgh Eye' (Big Wheel) are highlights.
