Alfred's Apartment

In my apartment, you'll find everything you need for your stay: fast internet A1, and TV are a given. The building and the apartment were completed in 2016. Currently, the furnishings are being replaced – photos to follow, or more information upon request – you're very welcome! You can also park directly in the building at no extra cost – there is a short-term parking zone throughout Vienna from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for €2.60 per hour. The space The apartment was completed in 2016: The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen appliances, a vacuum cleaner, and above all, plenty of storage space, so you can stay comfortably for a longer period of time as a couple. Some of the furniture is being replaced – photos to follow - - welcome and feel at home! Guest access The entire apartment is reserved only for you - you don't have to share it with anyone. Just feel at home - and enjoy your time in Vienna. For those arriving by car, a garage space reserved exclusively for our guests is available free of charge. Other things to note A parking space is available - you can park for free in the garage directly in my house. You only pay a deposit for the key of €100.00, which you will get back when you leave the apartment.
