Eumundi Cottages – Cottage 1

With a living space to yourself "Cottage 1" is 1 of 2 private & comfortable cottages set on landscaped acreage & fitted out for comfort. Best for non-smokers as the entire property is strictly "non-smoking". Easy driving to Eumundi Markets, Cooroy, Noosa Heads & other beautiful areas on the Sunshine Coast that offer great beaches & the hinterland in between. The space Eumundi Cottages (1 or 2) are ideal for couples or a single traveler wanting privacy as guests have an entire cottage to themselves. Recommended for non-smokers as we have a strict no-smoking policy. All cottages have teas (herbal and regular), coffee (pods , bags or instant) and milk for you. There is also a selection of butter and spreads for toast. Salt and pepper also supplied. The breakfast provisions will be in the cottage on your arrival so that you can prepare it when you feel like it. Currently we offer sour-dough baguettes (or rolls depending on availability), breakfast cereals, fresh milk and the above mentioned spreads and beverages. If you want something else with your baguettes just ask to see if we can get it. We can cater for gluten-free (gluten free bread) or vegan - please ask if interested and I will discuss the options with you personally. These cottages are self-contained so you don't really need anything extra. The cottages have towels, linen, bedding, pillows & a wardrobe with wooden hangers. The tinted windows have curtains & blinds for sun protection & privacy. Each cottage is well equipped with bar fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, single induction cook-top (aka stove-top), kitchen exhaust & cooking equipment, crockery, dishes etc. We supply an iron & ironing board too. The free internet is unlimited WiFi . The TV has an internet connection so that guests can log into their video accounts eg. Netflix. If you don't have video streaming there is a DVD player and we have a selection of DVDs to choose from. The Cottages also have USB charging points. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer & comes with a complementary set of toiletries. There is reverse cycle heating & cooling with overhead fans. Cottages are fenced from the main road with off-street parking and the paths to the cottages are lighted for the evenings. Each cottage has its own deck with and awning and a timber outdoor setting to just sit, relax and soak up the quiet countryside between your explorations of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Guest access There is off street parking for guests and a separate entry for each cottage. Each cottage is located and lanscaped for privacy & guests are free to walk around the property or sit around a crackling fire in the fire pit down by the dam. Other things to note There is a off-street parking for your car. There is no public transport in the area so guests require a car to get around.
