The cottage is a 80 sqm duplex apartment on the 3rd floor of a 17th century building (no elevator) restored by us in 2009. It consists of a large living room and an open kitchen, a bathroom and WC on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom opens onto a pleasant and relaxing terrace of 10 sqm opening on the Balme . In terms of sleeping , we have a double bed ( 140x200 ) in a room, a single ou double bed for 1 or 2 persons ( 160x200) in the second room. The cottage is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, cookware, Nespresso machine access ... For families with children, we can provide baby cot, baby seat , baby bath.
