Cortijo Casilla can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights in low season. In high season the minimum let is of a week starting on saturdays in august, National holidays Easter and Christmas will also have a minimum period, please check. The space Beautiful stone house with chestnut beamed ceilings and clay floors, very spacious inside and out, with its own patio and garden, situated in the middle of the Poqueira Gorge, a natural Park southeast of Sierra Nevada, 2 kms bellow La TAHA and Portugos. Very well situated to visit the Tropical Coast 40 mins. Granada and the Alhambra 1 hr. and Malaga 2,50 hrs. The house has 130m2. with 1 bedroom (double bed),2 bedroom (1 with bath) fully fitted bathroom, sitting room 35m2. with open kitchen through arch, chimney and shared swimming pool. The patio and garden is for the exclusive use of this house. Swimming pool open from the beginning of May till the end of octuber. The village 2 kms. up the road has a very nice selection of gift shops, bars and restaurants which cook their home grown products. There is many fiestas around the small villages especially in the month of august. There is many activities, horse riding, trekking, adventure excursions, a good information centre in the village square. If they let me know what they would like to do; I can organize excursions for them or give them the information they would need to do something really special.
