Book today with RC The space Enjoy Hilltop Retreat - Built 2023 Open floor plan home positioned atop a manicured hill providing a commanding view over Center Hill Lake. Home features high end furnishings and fixtures the result of a major remodel conducted in the summer of 2020. We offer a bunk room with free weights/ benches and sitting area in the original sun room. The study was converted to a dedicated game room with roll up glass garage door providing fresh air and views during a billiards game. Covered Hot tub area and seating, dining table outside overlooking lake. The entire house with the exception of the attached garage are for guest use. The weight room is available to groups without children the weights remain in the closet locked ; contact host for code. Please enjoy the home and keep it in good order it is intended for family entertainment, any complaints from my neighbors will result in swift action to quell any disturbance. Be advised the neighbors will contact Law Enforcement if there is a disturbance. If I am notified of said issues guests are subject to removal without refund. It is this high standard that keeps the venue enjoyable for all . Please do not let the hilltop placement give a false sense of privacy as everything is visible and within earshot of the surrounding homes. If I find that guests are in unauthorized areas without permission they are subject to removal from premises without refund. Guests are not authorized to access the garage for any reason and it shall remain locked at all times. The parking area is shared with guests at my other properties ; all guests are required to be courteous of each other in regard to parking. Don’t block each other in etc .The parking area is similar to a cul-de-sac with Hilltop Retreat positioned to the right and Shenandoah retreat. This area can accommodate many passenger cars/trucks with trailers. Park smart and don't block people in Other things to note There is a boat launch ramp at end of road. Drive is boat and trailer friendly. Puckett Point is one of the more exclusive neighborhoods on CHL the majority of residents are professional types from Davidson and Williamson counties please be respectful of the Neighbors and enjoy a true gem of a venue. Note if for some reason the neighborhood ramp will not accommodate your boat and trailer , Hurricane marina and recreational area is approx. 5 min down the road . We Do Not Accept Animals of any classification due to our allergy free protocols. This property must be maintained to an extremely high standard.
