Welcome to Wool Haus, located in beautiful Jervis Bay. The perfect getaway for couples, close friends or a solo relax. Located just down the road from beautiful Collingwood Beach, 1 min stroll to local cafes + supermarket, a beautiful walk or bike ride along the beach path to Huskisson town centre, short drive to the iconic white sands of Hyams Beach, explore Booderee National Park, come + experience the best that Jervis Bay has to offer from a very central & luxurious location! The space Wool Haus is a stylish + newly constructed 3 bedroom unit (3 units located on the grounds) with air conditioning in all rooms, brand new furnishings and appliances with an emphasis on providing premium accommodation for those wishing to enjoy their holiday, with all modern conveniences. Unit 3 is detached and also features a double garage. Quality linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels and beach gear. Maximum of 6 guests per villa plus infant (travel cot and high chair provided) Private parking for 2 cars only. Minimum Stays: There is a minimum 2-night stay for non peak bookings. During peak season, min stay is 4 nights and check in times are strictly 3pm and check out is 10am. Wifi is available at the property. During peak periods in our local area, speeds can slow dramatically. This is out of our control. There is an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area which opens onto your own private deck & lush gardens - perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Kitchen: Fully equipped, Dishwasher, Pod Coffee Machine, Gas cooktop, French door fridge. Bathrooms: 3 in total: Large main bathroom with bath and shower; Ensuite to main bedroom has shower and double vanity. Plus a funky powder room on the lower level with toilet and basin. Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in main living areas + in all bedrooms + ceiling fans. Parking: Double lock up garage. Outdoor Space: Large deck with Weber Style BBQ and outdoor setting, fully fenced + private yard. Landscaped gardens. Pets: Strictly Not permitted under any circumstances. Please do not call or email to ask if pets can stay. Smoking: strictly outside only. Additional cleaning and deodorisation will be charged if there is to suggest smoking was taken place inside. Ashtray will be provided for outside only. Please be considerate of other guests in the complex. BEDROOMS Linen: Beds will be made with high quality sheets, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels are supplied Master Bedroom: King bed, Spacious Ensuite, Built-in robe. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Built-in robe. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Built in robe. Guests are required to bring their own amenities for the stay. You are supplied with initial items such as toilet paper, some bin bags however has we are unable to predict how much is used, guests are asked to bring their own. Please note during peak season and long weekends, check in time is 3pm Please note during this time of Covid, disposables are supplied to ensure the safety of every guest during their stay i.e.: coffee sachets, sugar, sauces, milks etc. Other things to note Wool Haus #3 is the detached unit located at the rear of the premises.
