Large family home, classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, completely renovated and equipped with a heated, fenced and covered pool (mobile shelter). It can accommodate 12 guests for good times with family or friends. The whole is totally private, in a green and wooded setting, surrounded by a fence and a hedge. July and August, weekly rental. The house is located on a 900 m2 wooded lot. On the ground floor, it has a kitchen – living room and living room, bathroom, toilet, independent bedroom and large garage. Upstairs: 3 independent bedrooms, 2 adjoining bedrooms and a shower room. It is equipped with many kitchen and household utensils and appliances. Bed linen is also fully provided: sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, etc. Optional cleaning and towels. July and August, weekly rental. Guest access The house and its surroundings (garden, swimming pool) are totally dedicated to guests. Other things to note The price includes house charges and bed linen. Bathroom linen is optional (€8/person) The end-of-stay cleaning is carried out by the occupants - it can be carried out by an external service provider (on request and optionally at €150)
