It consists of a ground floor with a kitchen-dining room and bathroom. 1st floor: Living room with sofa bed and large sofa. 2nd floor: Bedroom and Bathroom. The space The kitchen-dining room is a combined space of almost 30 m2, ideal for enjoying the company of family and friends. It is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso, toaster... The living room occupies a space of about 36 m and has a game table, 32"TV, closet, sofa bed and spacious sofa. The superior room of about 30 m, has a 1.50 m bed, table with 30" TV and a large antique wardrobe. It has a full integrated bathroom and a gallery overlooking the ocean.
