Please note your booking isn't for exclusive use of the apartment. It' s shared with my partner and I. Please say in your first message you have read this! Short walk from City centre attractions and has an amazingly quiet bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom. Spacious lounge, kitchen and balcony in a safe, modern apartment. Please note the kitchen/lounge area may need to be shared with us. Northern Quarter, Arena, New Co-Op Live Arena, stations, restaurants, bars, theatre etc all close. The space Whilst sometimes I'm around and sometimes away it is normally a shared space with me and my partner. Please ask if you want to check out a date or have any questions. I usually have a 3 night minimum stay set (occasionally 2). Clean towels provided. Iron, ironing board, European adaptor plug and hair dryer too. The ensuite bathroom is all yours and not shared but just to clarify the booking is for the room and not the exclusive use of the whole apartment. I live here too but there may be times when I am away. The apartment is situated very conveniently for everything you may want to do in central Manchester. Within a 5 minute walk you can reach the vibrant Northern Quarter, Manchester Arena, Band on The Wall, Shudehill coach and bus station, Victoria Station, the Printworks, the National Football Museum, Arndale Centre, the Cathedral. Within 10 minutes walk: The Royal Exchange Theatre, Deansgate, John Rylands Library, Spinningfields, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols. Within 15 minutes walk: Piccadilly train station ( or a short metrolink ride) Manchester Airport is 18 to 24 minutes away from Piccadilly dependent on which train. Manchester City's Etihad Stadium is 1.7 miles away. Manchester United's Old Trafford is 3.7 miles away. ( Metrolink connections from Shudehill) Time limited free parking outside the building but also cheap long stay parking available. Message for full details. There are also some free city centre bus services which run until 10pm each evening helping you get virtually anywhere in the City centre if you do not want to walk. Despite all this once you are in the bedroom it is usually an oasis of calm and silence. Guest access Whole flat apart from owner's bedroom of course. kitchen, dining area, TV, music and free wifi. During your stay I may or may not be around and will give as much privacy as possible but happy to chat and socialise if you want to. No obligation though! Other things to note When you enquire please let me know what time you are likely to arrive and leave and the reason why you are coming to Manchester. It helps me to let you know if this is the right place for you. Please also ensure ( as it is an Airbnb requirement) that you have a recognisable photo on your profile. It's a security thing and nothing to do with what you look like, it just helps with identification when you arrive! I have had a couple of issues recently regards identity and this helps. I like to be as flexible as possible with check in and check out but that is always dependent on who is staying just before and after you. If you want to arrive before noon or check out after noon it can only happen if it does not affect other guests. Thanks.
