Welcome to the sailors' home

I suggest you come and stay in my 37 m2 1-bedroom apartment for a weekend or vacation, 30 minutes from Pen Lan beach in Billiers, a small fishing village in Morbihan. I welcome you to this new accommodation, independent of my home, with all the services you'll need. Guests can enjoy a private and sunny garden. I like to welcome the world and share with my visitors, if they wish. I'm waiting for you! The space This accommodation is equipped with a fridge, induction cooktop, oven and microwave, all necessary dishes, as well as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster and washing machine. I provide you with linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels). I can lend you a crib (baby bed). The garden has a terrace equipped with a table, an umbrella and deckchairs. I would like to draw the attention of pet owners: the part of my garden that I reserve for my tenants is not currently fenced. Guest access Guests can park their vehicle in front of the house and enjoy a garden reserved for them. Other things to note I am an animal lover and welcome them gladly. I simply ask my guests to respect a few basic hygiene rules: no pets in the room or on the sofa if it is not protected.
