The spacious and well-equipped flat is on the first and second floor above a smart men's closing shop in the High Street (non-pedestrian part) of popular Deal, and a 2-minute walk from the beach. Centrally located, but quiet, it offers great facilities in one of Kent's most beautiful seaside towns, which received the 'Best High Street' accolade from The Telegraph newspaper. The space You will find everything you need - and more! - in the open plan kitchen / sitting area: TV with Netflix (using own account), Wi-Fi, DVD and CD player, juicer, Nespresso style coffee machine, etc. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. An additional sleeping place is available on a mezzanine in the second bedroom, or sofa bed in the sitting room. Please note the mezzanine is fun for older children, but is accessible from a loft ladder (see images), and therefore not suitable for very young children. Access needs to be supervised by an adult at all times. Access to the flat is through a lockbox, allowing flexible check-in. Please note stairs do not have handrails, as per photographs. Guest access The whole flat is for use of guests. Other things to note There are several public car parks within a minute or two walk from the flat. We have a limited number of visitor permits for residential street parking, which cost £4.00 per day. There is no charge on Sunday and from 6.30pm-8.30am on other days. Please let us know when booking if you require parking permits, so that we can reserve them for you.
