Only a short stroll into town . The space Welcome - To KOJONUP The Whole house is available for use. 1 x Q room, 1 x Single , 1 x twin or king bed ) room. All rooms can be unlocked as your option and made up for your needs. The price of $130 is for the master room including linen for 2. Minimum 3 Days Stay. Additional guests are @ $20 per head per night additional, this will include the room to be fully made up and accessible. Please feel free to call and discuss your needs on booking as we may be able to suit your needs. All beds 1 xQ Room, 1 x single Room , 1 x King or twin config. Each have an electric blanket, sheets, and doona coverings. No bunks now ! Lounge has a leather lounge, a wood fire and TV. USB movies can be inserted. The front area is a gated undercover BBQ area to use and the back yard is fenced off but not exactly dog proofed for small or high jumpers . Should you wish to bring a dog please note it has to be verified with me first and notice that no animals are to enter the home. Kitchen is fully equipped with, slow cooker, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, knives, cutlery, crockery and saucepans / trays for cooking on gas . Please note the internal wood fire has no child / gated guard, please bring one if you are concerned with little ones. Water system is instantaneous. Washer and dryer on site to for any washing to be done plus a hills hoist out the back. 2 x days worth of Coffee, tea, sugar and milk is provided. Please enquire ‘ confirm animal suitability - on booking with Lisa. Grocery list - meals and additional wood supplies are noted as extras notes / pending the length of stay and pre-arrangements . Guest access Guests will enter from the front of the house through the gated BBQ under cover area. A combination lock box code will be made available on entering. Please leave key inside the box and scramble the code on vacate. An amount of wood and kindling will be supplied for your period of stay / up to those staying 1 x week.. Should you require more or have arranged a longer discounted stay we can supply either small $30 bags /or /arrange for a bulk trailer load @ $180 sourced rate /to be dropped off and stacked should you wish to arrange with Lisa.
